JBM Patrol & Protection Corp. was founded in 1990 by James B. Mankowski who is inspired by his vision to create a protective services company that was different from those typically found in the contract security inndustry, a vision which lead Mankowski to build JBM Patrol & Protection Corp. upon three primary concepts-premium quality, training security officers to the level of professionals, and taking care of our customers by delivering what we promise.
JBM Patrol & Protection Corp. has always been a benchmark-setting company in our industry and in our desire and obsession to continually "raise the bar", we have launched continuous improvement and quality assurance initiative, driven by technology, called Field Force manager and Time Traxx. These projects are designed to expand upon our existing infrastructure in order to ensure that we are keeping up with our growth and the latest technological advancements, as well as to better define and standardize our core operational processes in the areas of recruiting and selection, retention, training and development, payroll, billing and scheduling. This effort is serving to keep JBM Patrol & Protection Corp. "ahead of the curve" on the industry, and will result in an even more efficient company that we have ever been, more capable than ever to offer that highest level of customer service to our clients and employees.
